    • FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA TODAY MADE ORDERS APPROVING PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT (SCHEME) BETWEEN MYOB AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS
    • SCHEME, ONCE IMPLEMENTED, WILL RESULT IN MYOB BECOMING WHOLLY OWNED BY AN AFFILIATE OF KOHLBERG KRAVIS ROBERTS
