My guess tui is management would like a clearer idea first about the NT Govt's. guidelines for CSG. Things are on hold there pending clarification. They will allow it subject to bla bla etc. etc. Having said that, if the Fed. Govt is prepared to spend up big in the region, that would have to help the "guidelines" case, one would think.... All good.
