    Operating by 2020 was the timeline if I'm correct.

    AFAIK they have just started excavating at this stage. They have yet to do an environmental impact assessment or applied for an environmental permit with Indonesia's Environment Ministry. The approval of the latter can take 6-8 months apparently.

    Only after the environmental permit comes through will construction commence. Where does that put first production?
