It is very likely, but probably not a formality.
My main point was timeline however. One of the partners said production to start by end of 2019. Seems likely to blowout which usually also means cost blowout.
I keep hearing about threats to supply from companies X, Y and Z. Reality is they each face delays, setbacks and blowouts the same as AUZ have and will.
