I'm hoping SH's are getting a crack at it.
It's not without risk....but holders have to understand the issues in building a company. If you want growth, it had to be financed....too many folk think you simply buy and wait, and expect others to do the heavy lifting.
It's risky, and recent history/ performance hasn't been kind but you need to look at it as an early stage investment in an industry that has public interest/attention.....it's up to the board to get it together. ..and....again, I believe it's a matter of critical mass, in terms of its production and costs.
I am more of a mining punter but I see this as slightly lower risk, and less binary, on a rapidly evolving industry.....but, like exploration, it too needs risk capital to grow, and if your not prepared for "risk"..... you shouldn't be here.....
