Would be great if we had a double blind placebo controlled study of those who:

- returned from war
- were involved in a terrorism incident
- worked for an active enforcement agency (e.g. police)
- works in financial markets
- had a traumatic childhood

OK, will stop - population could go on and on. Let alone those, who go on to have an adrenaline response, to the stimuli for their cortisol response.

No doubt, working with the right authority, a well targeted Phase III, might look at these. That is, when cortisol, presumably from ordinary adrenal gland action, might cause BA or Tau build up.

Or will there be a narrowing of the specific population?

All fun questions for shareholders invested a Phase 2 trial...
