If you are referring to possible out of court settlement discussions with L&M, they would very likely be bound by confidentiality until some form of substantive agreement is reached. Also they are usually on a “without prejudice” basis, i.e. will generally not be admissible in court as evidence. So I think unlikely they should or could be reported.
I agree with you though that the management could give some clearer guidance on the buyback, and generally could be much more active in promoting the stock.
