    Personally, I think (for reasons I have posted before) that the company has little, if any future as a stand-alone entity.

    The minimal amount they have raised could be an indication of either (a) that is all the parties were prepared to ante up or (b)they raised only the amount they need to get them through to the point they can be sold. Possibly both?
