Its for sure it’ll tank ! 5c imo if this doesn’t go through ! But I’ll also buy the biggest parcel to date if it does , I strongly believe these guys will be the first to change the construction industry just as google has in the communication/ search engine sector . If BWK don’t JV with HX I can see one future for them going forward and that’s all downhill as other faster cheaper methods will surpass their traditional building methods , think about it where can this industry go ? Or better the way construction is done ? Glue blocks together to make one wall ? Like WB has (redbloc) ? there is nothing they can do to move into the Automation 3D block printing without HX , “NOTHING” imo . HX needs this to move forward or seek other alternatives, but I also think the brick/ block sector need HX big time in order to survive into the future . There is no doubt in my mind they both need each other badly ! The question is who’s the greedy of the two ?
