Same, can you immagine if the downside of the deal was sharing the rights for using the dst? that would't have been good on the long run. I don't know how some people can judge the menagment without having any knowledge of the reasons behind their decisions. And lets not forget that cat still hold FBR shares, if something was off they would have sold in my opinion.
Lets see what happens next week, hoping for a good deal, but I'm ready if we get nothing or another extention
