Show me the rule that says directors and CEOs can’t sell? I don’t know why this is such a big deal to you. This guy is a founder, probably worked without a salary for a long time. He put a hell of a lot more work into this company than any of us schmucks ever will. So good for him if he wants to sell some shares. He still has a ton more. It doesn’t matter. It means nothing. Move on
