you need to do more as a director and ceo than just not break the rules. this is a poor signal to send. Plus BUD even shows it even has problems meeting the rules (asx letters).
and to be clear, this guy has been around 5 minutes and isn't a founder. given LIFX being an unlisted company previously makes it harder to do more background to see if this is going to be the form going forward.
