Agree with those comments @spendthrift, but at some point, it also might inspire some competitive tension.
ARU needs funding from someone, if the Japanese want a stake, they need to pay up (not at a 30% discount!!) to get a decent stake and dilute the Chinese further, same with the Americans and Germans.
Competitive tension can be a good thing, if management leverage it correctly.
