TAR and ARD both have a connection to Klaus - but the shares still go up and down like the rest of shares , and by down, I mean severely down - both are good buying at the moment in my opinion. I am in both, and have tipped both . As soon as Klaus came onboard ARD , the sp got plummetted down severely - probably for accumulation purposes. Sorry that I can't help you with your question however.
