Petronas acquires 50% of Tartaruga Verde for USD1.29bil from Petrobras. The binding phase for this sale was initiated in Dec 2017, so took apprx 16-17 months to close this sale.
Wonder how the binding phase for Bauna was progressing and the cut-off date for this transaction ? Bauna has produced apprx 119 to 120 mmbbls till Dec2018 & a few more million barrels this year.
Another batch of 34 Onshore fields was sold to Potiguar E&P for USD 384mil.
