I was informed during the start up last year that the barge loading facility had regular downtime during the first few weeks due to build up of clay in sections of the facility. There were also issues with the automatic sampling which was offline for an extended time. Being a very wet end to the wet season the trucks may not be being loaded to capacity and as the Xinfa shipments need to be sourced from the lower silica BH1, where there is a 40km round trip per load this may be the issue at present. It takes a few weeks to dry out and usually does quite quickly. Nothing to worry about but worth a release.
