The ongoing gas shortage in Western Australia is having serious implications for the resource and diesel industries.
The explosion at Apache Energy's Varanus plant on Tuesday cut the state's gas supply by a third and it was revealed on Friday the damage could take months to repair.
The Chamber of Minerals and Energy says the gas shortage is having a serious impact on the resource industry, with many companies having to cut back on PRODUCTION.
