Nowhere concerns were raised about the quality of Graham Hill. He is however a new appointee for the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. He is not replacing Geraint Harris, whose title was CEO. According to the news release the company has commenced a global search for a Managing Director (change in title, but essentially CEO), which points to the departure of Geraint being sudden and not pre-planned long ago. The COO will be based in Sarajevo and the MD probably in the Australian or UK office.
