So, offers for the business, and i suggest even preliminary discussions, are material information. I am curious to see what the response to the speculation around suitors is. This is for 2 reasons

1) i bought in recently because i liked the attitude shown by the company's responses to accounting issues. And i thought the shares looked cheap. I want to be sure I'm invested in good managers of my business (my very small fraction of the business). Good managers will communicate material information.

2) even though pnc looks like a great longer term hold, i would not be upset if an offer was made that gave me a 70% return in 2 weeks.

I'm never lucky with buying in just before a take over offer, in fact, i sold wfd warrants a week before they got their take over offer, so I'm guessing there won't be any 70% profit for hank news announced
