Thinking about Renison, and looking at the diagrams of the new areas, the Area 5 deposit is high grade, very high grade. the costs of mining it will not increase over previous costs much if any, and the processing costs will be the same pretty much, per ton of ore. That will mean that the reward from the double to triple grade will go straight to the bottom line. To that, add no tax to be paid, because of accumulated losses from renovation rescue of Nifty copper, now nearing its completion. It is quite possible that Renison bottom line could double, from the contribution of this area. the latest broker reports shown on the company website under Investor Relations agree. $25m a quarter?
Now we wait for the report on Nifty strategy and expectations. Im betting breakeven approached this year, good profits next.
At 28c and brokers pointing at about 80c within 12 months, it seems a touch underpriced, to say the least. I've just doubled up.
