“ICL will be granted sole manufacturing, marketing and sales rights to the Alexium NF product globally”

Surely they will negotiate a good decent upfront payment for these significant NF rights to be given away!? Much like a biotech would with big pharma and even get ICL to take a10% stake in the company as a way to raise some cash. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we finally see a decent licensing agreement. I recall a few years ago both GR and NC saying an agreement was imminent. Yeah right!
