This is very interesting indeed, makes sense why there has been no selling under the recent capital raising and someone was happy to fully underwrite the SPP
So we have the CEO and Chairman of Z1P ( $1 Billion Market Cap ) take sub holdings in NVO
Holders verified as being who they say they are by way of checking Z1P's register.
They wanted to get rid of 3 board members and failed originally, but then out of no where they have all decided to resign, then we get these new sub holder notices hmmm
Something is brewing here and with a market cap of $5 Mil and nearly $2 Million in Cash
$3 Mil EV
I get the feeling this company will be moving in a very new direction soon with these new sub holders on board.
Just to add, we have seen some more shuffling of the board today, this is being geared up for something
very smokey indeed
