You do understand that we are actually waiting on Thermofisher don't you? Not the other way around?
They IMO can take the time required to get this right.
This is BD1 opportunity to have the test moved to the Luminex platform, the industry standard, pretty handy marketing tool one would think.....
Looks to me as though the Thermofisher work is pay as you go......as each milestone is hit cash is paid out, explains the lack of funds going out prior IMO.
I think the R&D spend extra is most likely, given there are no on going trials I'm aware of, payment to Thermofisher for work on shifting assays to Luminex which would suggest they are probably expecting to have it completed this Q in line with BD1's expectations. DB
