These are my thoughts also Hotdunnasday.

This is what I posted on the 5th a few days back:

"maybe the company is getting totally jack of being hassled by the asx about their resource estimates based on Rio's figures.......

eg being told they can only claim 72 million at 23% rather than the original 115 million at 23% ..... this has been going on since January.....

so mak are taking the time out to settle the matter properly.....regarding the size of this 23% resource.....they want to be able to include it in their anns but have not been able to because of asx....and that's why it was omitted from latest ann ...just a thought..."
