The last capital raising was done at 5c, and the business has progressed quite a long way since then. But you need to decide yourself. There seems to be quite a few stale bulls exiting. There needs to be a credible fund to come aboard for the shares to really fly, IMO. Maybe this government contract will attract one or two.
