Sentiment is reflected in short term Sp movement, while true value and worth, reflected long term, and there is a volitile difference, especially when a company is an explorer turning developer, forward to producer with a closing production schedule. The re-rating that occurs, makes those sentiment driven opportunities (the sky is falling again etc) short lived, as the fuel added to its MC on re-rate, pushes to higher orbits.
You could count the opportunities to cheap entry on one hand for a company able to re-rate itself, while those that can't, drift sideways for an indefinite period.
BMN is the premier U play IMO.
