Looking at the trances below I'm assuming they are making a profit of ~$10 mill a year? and given the spend of $2.65 mill on the long lead items and $685K on research and development with the $5 mill raise funds looks like they plan to grow this income in the next 3-5 years

I'm cautiously optimistic about this one

Tranche 2: 571,427,571 Deferred Consideration Shares that will convert into anequal number of S3R ordinary shares upon K-TIG achieving $60m of cumulativerevenue within 48 months from January 2020;
