So we have $1.4m, but our major holder is tipping in $1.65m so in effect we will shortly have just over $3m,

So we then spend 2m in this quarter leaves us with $1m

Then we get the $3m SPP from holders and we will even at the end of this quarter have $4m in the bank!!

I think what you did is that you did the spp at $1.65 not $3m but its $3m they looking to raise above the $1.65 to our no 1 holder.

Technically they can issue up to $8m of shares, they wont but they could!
