Interestingly however, VHL is much closer to commercialisation than a lot of the other biomedical companies which have attracted far greater market favour and market cap.
It is also not strictly speaking a drug but a therapeutic vaccine which as we have been told has few side effects. It is also very likely on looking at the expereince of highly active retroviral drugs passage through FDA that the vaccine would receive favourable scrutiny.
