Taken from the Annual Report. I don't know how long they can hold the frozen product but if they are using it to smooth out any imbalances in biomass growth I would think that it would be for a reasonable length of time. Their reports regularly refer to "exclusive of frozen clearance sales" which I assume to be old stock.
