Their reports regularly refer to "exclusive of frozen clearance sales" which I assume to be old stock.

The frozen clearance sales relate to excess stock they froze after resolving the feed issues that meant their mortality rates massively reduced & they had too much stock for sales. I think the feed issues were resolved on 2016 so it took them a couple of years to clear that stock.
