Overall I'm satisfied with the progress and feel optimistic towards the business. They've fulfilled the RentPay integration into the App as promised and everything is progressing inline with their strategy of being more than a listing site deriving revenue from advertising. Cashflow improved greatly (although due almost entirely to cost reduction not improved revenue). Renter resumes and traffic going strong. I'm quite happy with renter product revenue growth of 32% on previous quarter, as this is where I see Rent deriving it's revenue from long-term, not advertising.
