    Time for them to sweeten the offer and they will have it in the bag.

    Needs to be at least 3 AHG for 1 APE. That's still a $1.60 discount to the APE price today.

    3.8 is not acceptable in my opinion. 50% is a loooooong way to 90% for compulsory acquisition.
