This is the finance industry - people will be street fighting with chainsaws for that pay packet - lol. Also there is a surplus of people available for such a role. They are not seeking rocket scientists. People will just be moving from one extremely boring and tedious job to another with higher pay ;-) (I have worked in the finance industry - might be jaded - lol).
Maybe they'll try to get a lawyer to take the job, rather than a suitable candidate ;-)
