just to clarify, DCC has around 487,000,000 shares out standing... so if the VWAP remains at around 6cents, the SPP will be done at 20% discount to that, being around 4.7-4.9cents...
$2,000,000 divided by 4.8cents (average) will add around another 41,666,666 to the register...
So lets say the register is now 529,000,000 shares outstanding... using current market cap of $30million, the SP would be around 5.5 cents today, thats if all remains as the VWAP @ 6cents..
Then considering next qtrly expenditure and alike, one could easily see the share price drop back below the SPP as this is common when a company attempt to be proactive with the SPP... cash burn is inevitable... and the BAM story still has to come to fruition... high 3's to low 4's is very doable, and could be worth a gamble entry... but in saying that, one can not predict game changing announcements, Im only going by what we know as of today...lets see..
