I find it interesting that you put any value in a Hartleys report. This is the same company that can finance small caps like this and crucify the price at will when they exit. Or build it up at their own will.
They have many conflict of interests in writing reports like this , are they involved in RNU? I cant answer that , don't have the information at hand.
Not discounting the value of the information in the report just suspicious of their agenda.
I have seen many stocks they have over and under quoted over time.
Is this stock really only worth 4 cents a share in 12 months ? Time will tell.
Not having a crack Sum just voicing an opinion.
