SAS immediate plans are to go global with lot and m2m offerings. Right now the pearl constellation has taken a back seat.
if the lot and m2m market is so large I'm sure Amazon etc will also target these with their networks.
in which case the 6u nanosats will be inferior.
as for SAS providing cheaper services, citation required on this one.. Amazon for a start have economies of scale, Can subsidise with it's other business units if required.
I don't think SAS will ever even get a chance to compete with Amazon. All this talk is pure hypothetical for SAS. Amazon and space x are the reality. SAS is just wishful dreams right now
