2. Sapex is in JV with Eatern Star Gas for coalbed methane exploration

3. Sapex is going it alone (for now) for petroleum exploration

4. Sapex top 20 shareholders mainly made up of ESG board of directors

5. ESG has a vested interest in SPX

There is much market speculationabout a merger of SXP and LNC, and in all probability, it is true.

Where does that leave ESG??

Is the next piece of the puzzle the merger of ESG with the other two?
