    I will make a suggestion to you.

    Can you please read the disclaimer section on page 25 of the IRR report March 2019.
    Particular section (A) the very first paragraph.

    It states that it is their OPINION only.

    The cap raise May Occur or It May Not Occur.

    So I will wait, till management comes to me with their hand held out asking for money.
