If SIMEC get to 51%, there could be the possibility that they would delist the company from the ASX similar to Jupiter Mines.
That way they could pick up stock cheaply from minority holders, and refloat at a much higher value later. The Guptas do have a track record of privatising then floating assets after they've been done up a little.
