So pls explain to me again how this is good for shareholders.
the board exercised their right to deceive their shareholders, not inform them of their intentions to give away 5% of our company and then follow up and give away 5% of our company. All so that they can BORROW $5million. a cash flow positive operation. They borrow some money that we don't really need rather than offering to shareholders the option to partake in a capital raising at 10-12cents that would have achieved the same outcome!!!

im out, 13 years, nothing changed. Check the accounts people , 12 years ago sales were not much different to today's numbers
minimal growth, minimal prospect for future growth IMO.
track record of taking advantage of shareholders in the cyclical pump. Somebody has to be taking a backhander for this deal.
