Regarding the tin shipments and bulka bag volume.
Did some digging on tin.
Tin weighs 7,265 kg/m cubed.
Average bulka bag dimensions are 900x900x1200.
A bulka bag of those dimensions have a volume of 972lts.
A litre of tin volume equals 7.27kg.
One tonne of tin has a volume of 137.50 lts.
From that info, might point to why the bags appear half full.
The mined concentrate is 60% pure or thereabouts.
So double the 'tonne volume' to equal 275 litres in our case/tonne.
The concentrate is being shipped at one tonne per pallet.
The bags only need to be filled to approx 30% capacity to equal one tonne of concentrate at 60% purity.
Take this maths with a grain of salt.
There are smarter heads in this forum.
I'm a dirty dozer mechanic by trade.
But might clear up the shipment bag queries a bit.
Yes, a pic of 20 full pallets would be informative, this I agree.
And yes, a pic of a D8 with it's rippers buried to the hilt, a 385 bulking material into a waiting 777 and another dumping a load of rom on the rom pad would get me very excited right about now...
