This is called "capitulation" of the share price occurring. The reversal begins shortly along with the accumulation of shares. Then the price will rise. This is very near the bottom of the trend for AGY and it's way overdone / oversold in the whole lithium sector. Soon the Li 2.0 run will begin and everyone will love the Li space again. This time the run will reach greater heights and be more sustainable. All imo.
