Yes Li can reverse at anytime, and I haven't suggested Li is doomed, some of us are just waiting for some type of confirmation that sentiment is going to change, that is clearly not upon the sector atm.
Why is AGY Management holding off and taking their time for Offtakes / JV, etc. imo they are clearly waiting it out, to maximize an Offtake agreement.
In the meantime Li ETF Overnight down to 27.25, #AsWarned
