Thanks P1 , That's how I understand it also ,although I gather there are some here that choose not to see it as a positive announcement, agree its a very efficient and cheap way of getting a $6 million line of credit , its more important to see what acquisition that targeted and what asset value it will create that they can't tel us about , I guess we will see soon enough ,
