I think perhaps the one outstanding thing the company now needs to do after a string of very positive announcements is to show real growth in cash receipts to help quieten the disquiet from some, and it is a valid disquiet as cash receipts and revenue are vital for any company and a key point for many investors.
While an increase in receipts from $0.8m to $1.2m this quarter isn’t too shabby % wise, I myself was a little disappointed they weren’t higher. The big thing for me though with the last 4C was the confirmation of the expectation of being ebitda positive late this year and the announcement of a significant part of how that will happen with the supply agreement with a major bedding company.
I remain content to wait out the next two quarters and to see receipts grow; two quarters in which we may also see a signing of a supply agreement with ICL and commencement of a military trial – which is term will lead to even stronger revenue growth coming through later this year and in the years to come.
But I also acknowledge that for many investors - that for any company it should ultimately be about showing us the money (i.e. receipts and revenue).
