Yes I agree with everything you have said and yesterday's 4c was very disappointing to say the least. Whoever drafts these documents needs a quick lesson in sparking up the contents so that it has a positive touch, not a dull n dreary spin.

I, along with the majority of LTH's, would of been hanging out and waiting for quite awhile to hopefully receive some good news that would provide a positive spark to the SP, but no, once again the company disappoints and in a big way. I think alot of people are sick n tired of hearing next month or the next month. That has been the problem with GMV that they have been promising the world but under deliverying and individuals have had enough.

Ok, now that I have got that off my chest, I still strongly believe that GMV will be a very sucessful company and obviously it will take time. The CFDA is the sticking point in this equation and that is something completely out of Dr G's hands. I think that the approval will come sometime in June/July and the current timeframe for the Nasdaq and HKSE will need to be postponed until the approval for the CFDA comes through.

The SP is going to be under some pressure as a result of the fallout from the 4c but as with all shares, this will become a buyer's oppurtunity to purchase some more shares at a distressed price. For the SH who is prepared to hold for the next 2 - 5 years, they will be rewarded with a strong SP with a healthly dividend. GMV will be a strong global company with multiple revenue streams with a strong presence in China and the USA.
