Refracktion, Where is your support for the assertion that people do not want the benefits fracking can bring? You say it is in polls, please provide that poll where people have shown that they do not want benefits such as a warm house in winter and reliable and inexpensive power. Ms. Engel never made a claim that these benefits were exclusive to fracking, that is something that you seemed to add of your own accord.

You have provided no proof to back your assertion that Ms. Engel was not telling the truth when she said that industry opposed the limits set in the TLS. You have claimed that the fact that the industry helped design the TLS and spoke of it in "approving terms" means that they had no objection to the limits set under the TLS system that they helped design. This is clearly false because the TLS is separate and distinct from the limits set under the system. I can help design traffic lights and then have objections to how they are timed in my city, because they do not allow traffic to move efficiently.

So, no, you have not proven your claim on either count.
