Another acquisition made recently by Livetiles (LVT) with a similar recurring revenue ($8 million recurring revenue) as to JCS's $10 million, paid 3.5 times revenue .........press the link below ...

I know this is a different beast but its still a software as a subscription company of comparable revenues..........and just another example how extreme the under valuation of JCS is ..........

JCS market cap is $9.5 million..... Take out the cash of $3.5million approx.... leaves $6 million in market cap for $10.4 million in recurring revenue ......

THE MARKET IS VALUING JCS @ JUST 0.57 TIMES  REVENUE or nearly 1/3 of the value that JCS paid for TWO - STAR SPECTRUM
