What I will say is $1.90 is a low-ball opportunistic bid imho...There are plenty of other potential bidders out there looking to enter the Lithium/Battery game. Where else are they going to find a Tier 1 resource, in a stable mining friendly environment, going this cheap?

Worth at least $1 more, even in the current market...imho. No way am I a seller and will deliberate over the weekend whether to buy more.
